Chester Puts its Trust in TKR

The Client

Located centrally in the ancient city of Chester, Centurion House is the Head Office for the Chester and District Housing Trust. The trust owns, manages and maintains over 6,000 homes in the region.

The Challenge

Chester & District Housing Trust required a cost-effective and swift solution to providing office facilities for their new location in Chester city centre.

The Solution

TKR presented the Trust with a single point of contact for the range of services required, with the cost benefits this solution can provide.

TKR commenced the project by installing new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to create a comfortable working environment.

The project also involved the in-house design and development of the complex electrical fit-out including the design and installation of a category 5e data system to 800 outlets and general power and lighting. Security was also enhanced with the installation of a fire alarm, security system and CCTV.

Through careful planning and management the project was completed on time and within budget.
